No- You can choose the duration for hosting, and generally the longer you prepay for, the higher the discount. Domain registration and renewal is on a year to year basis. This is not refundable and cannot be stopped within a paid year.

For domain names, once the domain is registered, it's held with the registrar for a year and there is no way to un-register the domain within that period. So a refund isn't possible for domain names that have already been registered. In terms of hosting, we will only charge for the period for which your site is hosted with us; any amounts per-paid and not utilised for hosting will be refunded. In terms of promotion activities, most of our services are rendered once-off and once incurred is not refundable.
